The Difference between the Bible and the Quran

Written By: Abu Abdallah At-Tablighi - Mar• 07•12

The Holy Quran and the BibleBased on a transcript of a lecture by Dr. Gary Miller

The Bible is a collection of writings by many different authors. The Quran is a dictation. The speaker in the Quran – in the first person – is God talking directly to man. In the Bible you have many men writing about God and you have in some places the word of God speaking to men and still in other places you have some men simply writing about history. The Bible consists of 66 small books. About 18 of them begin by saying: This is the revelation God gave to so and so… The rest make no claim as to their origin. You have for example the beginning of the book of Jonah which begins by saying: The word of the Lord came to Jonah the son of Elmitaeh saying… quote and then it continues for two or three pages.

Why so Many Religions?

Written By: Abu Abdallah At-Tablighi - Mar• 07•12

Why so Many Religions? If there is only one God, then why are there so many religions?

All religions originated with Allah and then people began to add or take away from the teachings so as to take control over each other.

This day, those who disbelieved have given up all hope of your religion, so fear them not, but fear Me. This day, I have perfected your religious Way of life for you, completed My Favour upon you, and have chosen for you to surrender and submit to me in peace as your religious way of life..
[Noble Quran 5:3]

The Historical Fallacy of Atonement

The Historical Fallacy of AtonementThe history behind the Christian concepts of atonement and salvation

Salvation can be defined as the deliverance from sin and its penalties; the path to salvation, however, varies from one religion to another. In Christianity, salvation is found through the Doctrine of Vicarious Atonement. Since human nature is considered in Christianity to be wayward and sinful, this doctrine states that Jesus “rendered full satisfaction” to God for the sins of man through his death and resurrection. In a nutshell, Jesus took our place, and his death absolves us of our sins.

Original Sin or Original Forgiveness – What is the Lesson?

Written By: Abu Abdallah At-Tablighi - Mar• 07•12

Original Sin or Original ForgivenessThe story of Adam and Eve are quite similar in the Bible and the Quran with minor differences yet the lessons derived from these stories differ greatly. Sometimes minor changes to any document can completely alter the actual meaning of the story. Both the scriptures talk about the creation of Adam and then Eve which are somewhat similar. However the events after their creation are of significance.

Berita Dunia yang kontradiktif

Written By: Abu Abdallah At-Tablighi - Feb• 25•12

Protes Pembakaran Qur'an di Afghanistan

Jika diharapkan sering mengecewakan.
